Cancellation Policy:
If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration online or call the library at 508-839-4649 to allow someone else on the waiting list to take your spot.
Late Arrival Policy:
Your slot will be held for 5 minutes after the program begins. If you're not present after 5 minutes, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list. Arriving on the day of the program doesn’t guarantee a spot, but if someone is late, you may be able to take their place based on your position on the waitlist.
Waitlist Notification:
If a slot becomes available, you’ll be contacted within 24 hours of the program start time. Please note that showing up without a confirmed spot does not guarantee participation.
